2. How do you currently feel about your business strategy? What’s working, and what concerns you? Reflecting on both achievements and obstacles provides the insights needed to adjust course.
3. Which priority stands out as the most crucial right now, and why does it matter to you? Focusing on what truly matters keeps you moving toward impactful goals.
4. What would you like to see improved? Identifying growth opportunities keeps your business dynamic and competitive.
5. Can you walk me through your thought process a little deeper? Sometimes, digging deeper into a concept reveals hidden opportunities.
6. What’s currently standing in the way of improved performance, and how can you break through those barriers? Addressing challenges head-on accelerates growth and performance.
