Building Better Communication - Self Study Course
Why Am I So Frustrated?
This three-part self-study course is designed to help you better understand yourself and the people in your life.
When things don’t go your way, do you find yourself frustrated? Some people are better at controlling their reactions than others. If you’d like to respond better in stressful situations and have more impactful conversations, it’s helpful to learn more about:
- Why I get frustrated, when others don’t?
- What triggers make it difficult to have productive conversations?
- How am I perceived when I’m stressed out and how can I control it?
You’ll discover what motivates you to be your best in a job or relationship. When needs aren’t met, that’s when frustration flares up. You’ll learn what motivates you and how that controls how you respond in situations.
Once you understand why you react the way you do by learning about your behavior style and motivators, you’ll be on your way to having stronger relationships both at home and work. Just because you respond one way and someone else responds another, doesn’t mean one is right and the other is wrong. It’s simply different. That’s why it’s important to understand the different patterns.
In this three-part self-study, you’ll take an assessment, receive the results and then download three workbooks to walk you through the steps to learn how to minimize stress in your life. If that’s not enough don’t worry, you’ll have an opportunity to customize it to your personal situation if needed with a personalized coaching session.
You’ll see how to best recognize and use the tips you learn to minimize difficult situations so you can thrive to build better communication with others.
